The first step is for us to gather and analyse all of the information necessary to create your custom home.

The design can depend of some different factors such as budget, resale, how long you intend to stay in the home.
 
During this time we 'define your needs and objectives: function, size and relationship between spaces, character and image, and a host of other considerations that affect how you will live in your new home.  We analyse your site and determine the best placement of your home on the site and the spaces within to capture views summer breezes and winter sunlight.  With the creation of concept diagrams and rough sketches. We create the general layout, form and overall appearance of both your home and the site.  Finally, we work with you to establish the construction scope, a design that looks good functions well and meets your budget.
 

Project Managment

We have been doing this for a long time, which speaks volumes in itself. We have a team of design, construction and project management professionals with the expertise and experience that can handle any specific situational concerns you may have. 

Your project manager will keep you up-to-date every step of the way, by providing a detailed construction programme and regular calls and written contact, plus structured meetings throughout the build.
