I am writing to you to thank you for the exceptional job done building our homeMy wife and I wanted a Queenslander style home and looked long and hard to find a Builder who would build one in the traditional style. We found many who built modern homes with some adjustments to make them look somewhat like a Queenslander, but finding someone who would build “the real thing” was difficult. The home you built for us met our every expectation; it looks and feels and is a real Queenslander.Thank you for all your effort and professionalism during the building process. You were thoroughly reasonable and polite at all times and were always willing to discuss the progress of the building and to make changes where we wanted something a little different from the plan.I think you must be a rare Builder indeed. I was surprised and delighted that you were willing to make some minor repairs to the house more than a year after we had paid the final instalment to you. My wife called to seek your advise, thinking we would need to employ a tradesman, but not knowing what to do. You simply arranged for it to be fixed. That certainly was not in our contract, you had no obligation to do that for us, but you did. Thank youAndrew, we would happily recommend your services to anyone.
